Billie Eilish isn’t up to any stupidity on the Internet this weekend.
Eilish responded to a number of comments followers have left on her recent photos on Saturday (May 27). Addressing those saying she is “changed” and calling him “a sellout”, she defended her choice to present herself however she wants.
“Letter to some of the comments I see sometimes,” she wrote in an Instagram story.
Eilish reminded people, “I spent the first 5 years of my career being completely decimated by you idiots and how I dressed and I was constantly being told if I acted like a lady I’ll be hot.”
She continued, “And now that I feel comfortable enough to wear anything even remotely feminine or fitting, I’ve changed and I’m sold out. True idiots. LOL. I’m both of you.” Let the women be!
“Fun fact! Did you know that women are versatile!!!!!???? Shocking right?? Believe it or not women can be interested in many things,” Eilish wrote. “Also Femininity does not equal weakness???!!! Oh my god?! Crazy right? Who knew??”
The pop star concluded, “My full C—and suck balls, you haters of women.”
Earlier this month, news of her breakup with Jesse Rutherford was confirmed after seven months of dating. She also recently officially released a short cover of Drake’s “Hotline Bling”.
