Taylor Swift honored with New Jersey State Sandwich ahead of Eras Tour – Billboard

The governor of New Jersey announced a totally unique way the state will pay tribute to Taylor Swift on Thursday (May 25) ahead of the arrival of the Eras Tour later this week.

“In New Jersey, we have a reputation for a great war between Taylor ham and pork rolls,” Gov. So today, we’re celebrating the official state of New Jersey Taylor Swift is declaring the sandwich to be ham, egg and cheese.

“Welcome to New Jersey, Taylor!” The governor proceeded with a smile. “We’ve been waiting for you, and it will be a brutal summer without you.” Murphy’s office also posted an official proclamation announcing the news, so sorry to everyone in South Jersey who has now erased “pork roll” from their local vernacular — it’s officially a Taylor (from now on) Swift) is ham.

The three shows outside New York City will also be especially exciting for fans as Taylor announced a special CD edition this week Midnight Featuring the “Karma” remix with Ice Spice, the “More Lana” version of “Snow on the Beach” with Lana Del Rey, the bonus cut “Hits Different” and the unreleased Vault track “You’re Losing Me” will be exclusively available.
