Conway the Machine fans will have to wait a little longer to see him on stage again as the Buffalo MC revealed he is postponing his upcoming tour due to a foot injury.
“The results are in,” he wrote on Instagram on Monday (May 22). “I have a fractured right tibia, dislocated kneecap, announce album of the year!”
He continued: “But in all seriousness, anyone who knows me knows there’s nothing I love to do more than be on that stage! I can’t lie. I’m so disappointed that I have to miss the WHDi tour for the time being.” Had to postpone because I was really looking forward to getting on those steps and rocking this WHDI shit for you all. However I’m in good spirits and I just see this as a minor setback to a big comeback No stress!!”
Despite the postponement, Conway will honor fans’ tickets for future dates as he recovers from his injuries. “If you have already purchased tickets they will definitely be honored at later dates! More updates coming this week. I appreciate everyone’s love and concern for my well being, love you all I do,” he wrote.
